"Life is short so make the most of it" is advice we hear a lot.
But do we actually know what that means?
It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking every day needs to be a highlight reel. Adventures, concerts, spontaneous getaways—all filtered through the lens of “living fully.” But that’s not sustainable. And honestly, it’s not real life.
What if making the most of each day wasn’t about doing more—but about doing things with more intention? Over the next 100 days, I will be exploring the idea of what it means to get the most out of life. Not just to check boxes or chase dopamine, but to fill the minutes with purpose—work, rest, connection, joy. To live every moment deliberately.
Less scrolling. Less noise.
More meaning. More moments that actually add to life.

Part of living deliberately means taking intentional breaks. Beyond staring at a smaller screen.

Living Deliberately
